“Today (Feb. 2) marks the beginning of our fifth festival and we are thrilled with our line-up of over 40 events, as well as consumer response to the tastings, dinners and outdoor activities taking place this year.”
Originally created to offer awareness and education about harvesting, making and purchasing icewine, the festival has doubled in size to showcase over 40 icewine-inspired events. It highlights not only Nova Scotia Icewine, but also local cuisine produced by some of the province’s finest chefs.
