Located at the train station building in Sussex, the museum is home to antique farm equipment, furniture and a blacksmith shop.

Agricultural history was an essential part of Erin McKenna’s concept when she began conceiving The Country Wife.

According to The Kings County Record, the museum board member contacted local artists and craftspeople and filled the gift shop with paintings, sculptures, woodworking, knitwear, honey, quilts and other work that reflect a rural lifestyle.
